We have kindly been invited by the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club (JEC) to join in their Summer Festival at Bicester Heritage (OX26 5HA) on Sunday 4th July.
In the words of the JEC:
The Summer Jaguar Festival is a thrilling one-day event within the atmospheric surroundings of Bicester Heritage. It will celebrate 60 years of the iconic E-type, plus the anniversaries of the Mark 10, X-Type, XK8 and X150 and 70 years since Jaguar’s first victory at Le Mans.
Features will include displays of special E-types, Le Mans winning cars, plus rare Jaguars on track and an interview with Jaguar fan and presenter of Channel 4’s Grand Designs, Kevin McCloud MBE.
The cost is £24 per car (with up to 5 occupants) and there is plenty of space at the site.
A few Aston Martins amongst all of the Jaguars will make an excellent contrast!
To book your place, please go to the JEC website (jec.org.uk/events) and click on the ‘Summer Jaguar Festival’ window then scroll down to the ‘JDC Members Booking Link’ (not the green ‘Make a Booking’ button). Select ‘Other’ in the box for ‘Model and Year’.
