Social Events and Tours

We arrange an exciting and varied calendar of events throughout the year for all our Members. Many are arranged at a local level and involve the enjoyment of our cars in beautiful venues. Others are arranged by our dedicated Events team at HQ. Their expertise in arranging larger events such as our Spring and Autumn Concours ensure a great time for all those attending. As a Club, we also attend many external car shows and exhibitions.

If touring with members in the UK, Europe and further overseas, sharing memorable experiences and making lifelong friendships is attractive to you - then we would love you to join us. Tours are arranged by many Area Representatives throughout the year which cover many parts of the globe. The Club also liaises on occasion with approved Tour Operators to provide truly unique events celebrating milestones in the history of the Marque.

Please take a look at some upcoming Club events.

Aston Martin Heritage Festival 26th June 2021- Dallas Burston Polo Club

The Aston Martin Heritage Trust are proud to announce the Aston Martin Heritage Festival to be held at the Dallas Burston Polo Club near Warwick on the 26th June 2021. Bring your Aston Martin to what we hope will be the biggest gathering of Aston Martins ever. All the cars will be parked by era so why not make your model’s group the biggest there? Walk through the history of Aston Martin and see examples of almost every Aston Martin model ever built starting with A3. Bringing things right up to date we will be unveiling a very special new Aston Martin limited edition! Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd., in conjunction with Aston Martin Walton on Thames will be displaying all the latest models with some very exciting cars on show.

Yorkshire Motorsport Festival 25-27 June 2021

Full details of this event can be found at

The Club has been invited to take part in the above inaugural event postponed from last year and has decided to include this as one of its national events. To recognise this, the organisers have agreed to make Sunday 27th June an ASTON MARTIN day.

The Club will have a presence and a dedicated parking area for the whole of the three days within the Car Clubs paddock area. At the request of the organisers we are looking for an early indication of how many Astons will likely be attending on each day so plans regarding space needed can be made.

Health & safety requirements of the local authority licenses and event insurers restrict movements of vehicles within the paddocks between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm (4.30pm on the 27th) so members cars need to be on site during these hours. With each Aston Martin displayed there are two complimentary tickets for the event valid for the whole weekend.

Members can choose how many and which days they wish to attend with their cars and there will be full security available for those leaving cars overnight. There is also a range of overnight options available details of which are on the event website.

In addition, it is hoped we can secure some additional dedicated parking in the public areas for members not wanting to display their cars but this depends upon what interest is generated. Members not displaying in the club paddock area will need to buy tickets to attend the event.

At this stage in order to help in the planning of the event and the ordering of tickets could you please email Steven Gash at if you are interested in attending or displaying and which day(s) you would like to attend.

Lockton have asked us to remind Members that the Bicester Heritage site is a working airfield. The use of vehicles on airfields is a standard exclusion in most motor insurance policies. The wording can vary so Members should contact their insurance provider for any specific advice. Lockton have confirmed that Members who are insured under the Club scheme are covered while their vehicles are in public car parks and on public roads within the site. Do contact Lockton if you have any specific queries.
