The EGM was held in the AMOC Barn in Drayton St Leonard on Saturday 29 June at 2PM BST.
In total, 125 valid votes were received. Of these, 123 votes were in favour of the Resolution and two votes against. There were no abstentions.
With that, the Resolution was adopted.
