Resolution 5 on the original AGM notice has been split into three, each to reflect the name of the candidate recommended by the Management Committee for appointment to Vice President, as follows :
Resolution 5 : To appoint additional Vice President : Stephen Archer
Resolution 6 : To appoint additional Vice President : John Purser
Resolution 7 : To appoint additional Vice President : Juerg Furter
Our Vice Presidents have typically previously served with distinction as Officers of our Club, especially during challenging periods in our history.
Resolution 7 did not appear on the original proxy voting form, but is included in the new one which can be found on the
