Despite road works a number of members travelled to www.aces-high.com on Saturday and enjoyed seeing wonderful memorabilia, lots signed by the veterans themselves.
The star of the hanger was a P51 which still flies.
Mark at Aces high made us very welcome with drinks and nibbles.
