For those of you who are signed up for the 2025 North Carolina Road Trip we need to collect a deposit of $380 per person to cover the contractual commitments for the 3 group dinners and 1 group lunch. Depending on how many people actually follow through for this event we may need to collect more later to cover the meal costs, but we don’t expect that to be more than $30-$100pp. This initial deposit of $380 will secure your spot out of the 100 spaces for the trip.

Please note that once we have used this deposit money to pay the venues then your deposit becomes non-refundable because the money has already been spent. If you have to pull out of the event later then your payment becomes a donation to the club and this event. This payment is only for the 4 group meals that are currently planned. You will still be responsible for the other meals.
