As there is flexibility of menu choice, payment will be made by each couple/group directly to the venue on the day based on what you eat and drink.
However, Area 9 will provide £4 pp discount off the bill for each AMOC Area 9 member attending plus I need to confirm numbers to the venue ahead of time. To manage this, please let me know names of who will be attending and send £10pp less £4 per Area 9 member (e.g. 2 family members £20 less 2x£4 = £12 deposit, 2 people with 1 an Area 9 member £20 less £4 = £16). I will then pay the venue £10pp which will be deducted from each bill.
