The sun came out for the 2024 Festival of Motoring, and what a fantastic weekend of motoring it was, possibly the biggest and best yet. A special thanks needs to go out to the JIMF organisers as well as to everyone who presented their pride and joy at our Area 23 static display. All our Astons looked amazing, a Mk3, DB4 Zagato, DB6 Mk2, DB7 Coupe, DB 7 Volante, DB7 Vantage Volante and 2024 V8 Vantage. All were really appreciated by so many of the spectators and other club exhibitors, it was a joy to see such interest in our cars, and the Aston brand.
As well as the seven cars on our display, there were other Astons dotted around the event, notably the DB5 Bond recreation showing off its defence gadgets. An AMR V8 Vantage, a DBX a beautiful bronze DB12 and many many more.
This event really has grown to become a major attraction for motoring enthusiasts and tourists alike, long may it prosper. We'll look forward to taking part again next year.
