Aston Martin Bristol opened its doors for the first time on Monday 1st August 2016. Since then, there has been a plethora of events: a launch event followed by another launch event dedicated to AMOC; a talk by Marek Reichman; a '007 Goldfinger' Film Evening, to name just a few.
The dealership has also been hugely supportive of the AMOC in the South West, attending and supporting events both local and national, including the St. Athan Concours in April 2017.
One year on, customers were invited to an open-day birthday party to share in some celebratory cake and bubbly.
Sadly, our photographer was more interested in eating, rather than photographing, cake!
There was a steady stream of visitors throughout the day, many of whom test drove a DB11, Vantage or Vanquish. At least one order was taken for the yet-to-be-released Vantage model and the promise of AMOC membership!
In addition to the huge 'logo' cake shown above, delicious Aston Martin-branded cup cakes were on offer...

It seemed appropriate to mark the occasion with a gift for Aaron and his team. Andrew & Gillian Fawkes presented Aaron with a model of A3, the oldest Aston Martin in existence that is owned and maintained by the Aston Martin Heritage Trust. Aaron had the opportunity to drive the car when it was the star attraction at the dealership's launch event in 2016.
Aaron Allnutt, dealer principal of Aston Martin Bristol is delighted with his model of A3.
Here's a reminder of how A3 looked one year ago...
Many happy returns, Aston Martin Bristol!
